The preparations that precede the cultivation of Buraj Al-Amal are the preparation of organic fertilizer, its mixing and composting until after the land is prepared for cultivation and prior to planting, and will be explained in detail.
Processing of organic fertilizer
Animal manure, pigeon manure, or poultry manure are prepared as follows:
For every one acre, 25 to 30 cubic meters of organic fertilizer is supplied
We prepare a superphosphate shaker weighing 50 kg with a load of fine agricultural sulfur weighing 45 kg per 10 cubic meters of organic fertilizer, and they are mixed together well, taking into account softening, and in the case of using biological fertilizer, from 3 to 5 liters of biological fertilizer is prepared and mixed with 50 One liter of water for each cubic meter of organic fertilizer. Biofertilizer, agricultural sulfur and superphosphate are mixed with organic fertilizer (municipal manure). The following must be taken into account when mixing. Soften the agricultural sulfur and superphosphate well and mix them together until they are homogeneous. When all components are mixed together, the superphosphate mixture is spread And sulfur on the compost, while trying to cover the largest possible area of the compost (as shown in the relevant videos). The bio-fertilizer mixed with water is also sprayed manually or with a spray motor, if any. After mixing the organic fertilizer with the other components, and making sure that all the components are homogeneous and smooth, the compost is collected. In one pile and it is completely covered from the sides so that it is isolated from the air as much as possible so that the materials used interact with each other and the duration of the beam is as follows:
– In the case of using pigeon silage or poultry silage, the mixture is composted for a period of not less than 40 days, and in the case of using animal manure only, the mixture is composted from 25 to 30 days, and if both animal manure and pigeon silage or poultry silage are used, composting is done for a period 40 days at least.
Note: The decomposing manure and superphosphate can be replaced with compost, which is rich in essential plant nutrients.
